Terms of Use for voyaChat

These Terms of Use ("Terms") and End User License Agreement ("EULA") govern your use of the voyaChat app and website operated by iappStudio("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using voyaChat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use voyaChat.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your region (and be at least 13) to use voyaChat. An age gate runs before you can chat. If you do not meet the requirement, you may not use the service.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.
  • Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, iappStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use voyaChat for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.

4. User-Generated Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

voyaChat lets people chat by text and talk in live voice rooms. You are solely responsible for the content you share. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using voyaChat, you agree that you will not post, send, stream, or share content that:

  • Is harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Is sexually explicit, involves nudity, or sexualizes minors in any way.
  • Is violent, promotes self-harm, or depicts graphic or dangerous acts.
  • Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes others' rights.
  • Is spam, a scam, fraud, or an attempt to solicit money or personal data.
  • Contains malware or attempts to disrupt or abuse the service.

We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms, without notice.

5. Safety: Filtering, Reporting & Blocking

To keep the community safe, voyaChat provides:

  • Content filtering & moderation that flags spam and abusive content and rate-limits bad actors.
  • Reporting: You can report any user or content directly in the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content, typically within 24 hours, by removing the content and/or ejecting the user who provided it.
  • Blocking: You can block any user instantly so you are no longer matched or contacted by them.

Abusive users may be removed. If you encounter objectionable content or behavior, please use the in-app report tools or contact us at support@iappstudio.dev.

6. Virtual Items, Coins & Purchases

  • voyaChat may offer coins, gifts, and premium features for purchase through Apple or Google. Purchases are processed by those platforms and are subject to their terms.
  • Coins and virtual items have no cash value, are not real currency, and cannot be exchanged for money. They are a limited license to access features within voyaChat.
  • Purchased coins do not expire. Free or bonus coins may be subject to separate rules.
  • Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to harass, exploit, or harm others.
  • Circumvent safety, moderation, rate-limiting, or age-gate systems.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or abuse the service.
  • Attempt to buy, sell, or transfer accounts, or to cash out virtual items.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using voyaChat and delete your account at any time (see our Support page).

9. Disclaimers

voyaChatis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content shared by other users is accurate or appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iappStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of voyaChat, including interactions with other users.

11. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you download voyaChat from the Apple App Store, this EULA is between you and iappStudioonly, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of voyaChat after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
