Report abuse or safety concerns
In the app, you can report or block any user instantly. We review reports and act on objectionable content, typically within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email support@iappstudio.dev with details. See our Community Guidelinesfor what's allowed.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your voyaChat account and associated data at any time:
- Open the voyaChat app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
If you can't access the app, email us at support@iappstudio.dev from the address on your account and we will delete your account for you. Deletion removes your profile, content, and personal data, except where limited records must be retained for legal or safety reasons. This action cannot be undone.
Purchases & refunds
Coins, gifts, and premium features are sold through Apple and Google. Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from — visit Apple's or Google's support to request a refund. Purchased coins do not expire.
